Yuma School District (YSD-1) is now accepting bids for a renovation of the business lab classroom in the Yuma High School.

Scope of work will include:
- Demolish and dispose of existing countertops, cabinetry and built-in fixtures
- Removal of existing moveable wall (and possible retasking or disposal)
- Modify electrical systems to supply new fixture configuration
- Reconfigure interior wall to remove three doors and three wire-glass windows
- Repaint room and other affected surfaces
- Install raised floor with concealed access boxes for power and network connections
- Install new cabinets and counters
- Install network enclosure with dedicated electrical supply
- Install approximately 100 network connections (floor boxes and room perimeter)
- Install and connect power outlets in floor boxes and around room perimeter
- Install new adhesive carpet squares on raised floor tiles

All bids are confidential and sealed and must include:
- Line item specification for materials and labor (with subtotals)
- Guaranteed maximum  bid amount (all inclusive: labor, materials, incidentals, etc.)
- Proof of insurance and/or bonding
- Proof of licensing (as required)
- Pictures of example projects of similar nature performed by bidder. (References may be requested.)

All bidders will be informed by mail regarding bid status as the project progresses.
