On Monday, January 29, 2018 Virgie Nelson from the Youth Services Program in Sterling, Colorado will present Wired for Safety. This presentation supports our youth in understanding appropriate social media use, and the dangers and consequences of misuse. She is scheduled to meet with 7th & 8th grade boys, 7th & 8th grade girls, 9-12th grade boys, and 9-12th grade girls during the day and will hold a parent presentation at 6:00 p.m. in the Yuma High School Auditorium. The presentation should last approximately 55 minutes. Again this is on January 29, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. This is a very important topic and we look forward to seeing you, please mark your calendars. Lunas el 29 de enero de 2018, la Senora Nelson desde el programa de servicios juveniles en Sterling Colorado, va a presentar ‘Wired for Safety’.   El propósito de esta presentación es de apoyar nuestra juventud con el uso apropiado del medio social, y los peligros y consecuencias del mal uso. Ella es programada de reunirse con los chicos de los grados 7 º y 8 º, y todos de los grados 9-12 por grupos separados (chicos y chicas) durante el día.  La presentación dura por 55 minutos más o menos. Ella tendrá una presentación para los padres a las 6:00pm aquella misma noche en el Auditorio de YHS. Otra vez este es para la fecha de lunas el 29 de enero; a las 6 pm.
